The Dolomite summits which surround Dolomites Val Gardena were declared a UNESCO World Heritage site and thus granted special protection. Climbers have the opportunity to directly experience the beauty of these mountains: mountain climbers, athletes or bouldering fans will find everything they need for an exclusive climbing experience in the valley. But it’s Alpine climbers who will feel right at home: climb the Sassolungo together with a mountain guide and discover other Alpine routes. Besides the Sassolungo, the Sass Rigais and the Furchetta will take you to heights of over 3,000 m. Even the famous Marmolada, Sas dla Crusc and the Tre Cime can be easily reached from Val Gardena.
